Glove Leak Test (GLT)

The most advanced GMP-compliant glove leakage test device for isolators and RABs in the pharmaceutical industry, developed in accordance with the international standard ISO 14644-7 Annex E5.

Facilities:

A user-friendly interface allows the operator to operate the test unit through simple and intuitive commands. System status can always be checked by an administrator.

The Glove Leak Tester does not require external compressed air piping or power supply cables: All the necessary pneumatic equipment and a durable lithium battery are integrated in the test device.

A custom-designed glove port adapter allows the glove leak tester to accommodate any type of glove port.

From a few gloves to multiple gloves being tested, the Glove Leak Tester has it all. Integrated Glove Leak Tester configurations can be upgraded to any number of test units for faster parallel operation.

The Glove Leak Tester uses lightweight plugs equipped with pneumatic washers that allow for easy connection to glove ports.

This avoids the need for special tools to close the tester plug. Instead, the Glove Leak Tester allows you to push a button and the gasket inflates. The same push button function deflates the gasket at the end of the test before unplugging.
